Enrique Arteaga is a performance psychologist and founder of Arteaga Performance Group (APG), a precision-based consultancy dedicated to recalibrating high-performance individuals, founders, and organizations from the inside out. With a clinical foundation in psychodynamics, behavioral systems, and somatic integration, Enrique brings an unapologetically sharp, sovereign, and embodied presence to every room he enters.

Before founding APG, Enrique spent over a decade in the mental health, education, and executive coaching worlds—gaining firsthand insight into where systems fail the very people they claim to serve. He launched APG to do what traditional models can’t: generate deep recalibration at the nervous system level, without diluting performance or ambition.

His approach is rooted in the belief that power, discipline, and emotional precision are not opposites of healing—they're requirements for it. Whether working with elite creatives, high-stakes operators, or mission-driven founders, Enrique’s methodology—elevate.epo—bridges clinical science with founder mythology, and performance psychology with internal liberation.

He doesn’t manage symptoms. He architects transformation.

When he's not building APG or running elevate.epo, Enrique can be found lifting heavy, decoding basslines, or regulating the room without saying a word.
